photoblog image "Ofi"

"Ofi"

What can I say, I wasn't quite happy with my finishing last week, I'm happy that I pushed myself alittle harder!

I will now try to paint atleast once a week:-)

The art is the challenge which you must meet every day: the technique you should learn to control with time. The science and the art of photography are really one, and not opposed to each other. -Yousuf Karsh,

I had a slightly similar shot, but the effect was due to the scanning of a shot taken on film years ago. Just saw the process to this and I have to commend you on pushing artistic limits smile Very cool.

I like this one better than the last one because the background frames her face more, it's more complimentary. It's a lovely portrait smile
I don't have to be honest, but I feel I ought to be. You know the old saying " ..know when to leave well enough alone..."? I think that applies here. I'm not entirely convinced that you are bringing anything new to the portrait here. In fact in my eyes you have actually altered the perspective, and I feel it doesn't sit right anymore. Sorry... I feel horrible now.
