"36 degrees part 9: I should have put my hat on"

Ouch....it's getting hotter in Skeetown!

I'm not too happy with this shot, but it plays it's role in the equation hehehe... so come along tomorrow :-)

For me a priceless capture, so what is the Skeeloo not happy about, Want me to come over there to Pimp slap, then take your camera and this pic? Bro a wicked shot in my boos so STOP MOANING. You know how much the Sibster dislikes people not liking their image (or at least telling me). Love the conversion to monochrome. SWEET.

No idea what you're not happy about, it makes me happy just looking at it, you caught the fun of the moment perfectly and the way the water reflects is wonderful. Is it a little busy beyond the water? Maybe, does not bother me though.

this is a lovely pic, nice depth of field going on, and at the same time capturing the motion of the water (droplets). The girl looks so happy, having her fun. Lovely!

BLESSING
The skin cracks like a pod.
There never is enough water.

Imagine the drip of it,
the small splash, echo
in a tin mug,
the voice of a kindly god.

Sometimes, the sudden rush
of fortune. The municipal pipe bursts,
silver crashes to the ground
and the flow has found
a roar of tongues. From the huts,
a congregation : every man woman
child for streets around
butts in, with pots,
brass, copper, aluminium,
plastic buckets,
frantic hands,

and naked children
screaming in the liquid sun,
their highlights polished to perfection,
flashing light,
as the blessing sings
over their small bones.
