photoblog image "36 degrees part 6"

"36 degrees part 6"

"I am a member of the Royal Belgium  Army"

Thanks to all who checked my blog this past week, it's good to be back. Maybe, soon, little ol' Skee will be able to reply all messages...maybe :-)

Not much to be said about this shot, it speaks for itself.

Some might argue that the background is not blurred enough, to me that is relative, over blurred backgrounds that tend to isolate the object totally, do have there use and place, but to me, they are trends, like hair styles and fashion... they tend to mark a specific time period.

One of my greatest hopes is that in years to come, Skee- dazzles work with be looked upon in a timeless way.... ahhh... "Skee-topia", did I hear someone say :-)

Oh my gosh, I wouldn't want the background any more blurred! Love this shot! One step closer to Skeetopia!

'I am the very model of a modern Major-General,
I've information vegetable, animal, and mineral,
I know the kings of England, and I quote the fights historical,
From Marathon to Waterloo, in order categorical;...' (Pirates of Penzance)
That's what popped into my little brain when I saw this.
This is a very funny (and well done) shot !
brilliant - it could be a photo from 1914 - right before the world war.. i dont know if you want it to look archaic - but if you do..maybe you should try it in sepia? x x
