"36 degrees part 4: Old Age Twisters"

AS THE 36 DEGREE SERIES CONTINUES... Skee has decided to lighten the mood with this fun shot.

Last Satuday, here in London, we had a huge dance party in Trafalgar square simply called "Dancing in the street", I watch it from my hotel in Brussels. Funny enough, I had just come back from shooting in the city center where I captured this couple doing the twist. The man must have atleast been 6ft 5" and the lady a mere 5ft 4", and they were really getting down, African stylee. :-)

Skee's got the travel bug... I'm off  again soon :-)  (as soon as I can find a bargin of course lol!)

Skee, why is the series called "36 degrees? Have I missed something? smile
Mr Skee: 36 degrees represents an average hot summer's day. Also, Skee had been absent from shutterchance almost 36 days
So in a nutshell, the 36 degree series is my little way of updating peeps what I had been up to.
Probably because it was 36C when he took all these shots!!!

Interesting shot.
Quite a bit of cropping what was the whole shot like?
Mr Skee: This is the full image no cropping, shot with a full frame camera of course smile

Wow! He can really go huh? One nitpick though. I think the DOF could be shallower to better isolate the main subject. Even then I think you would still be able to see faces of the crowd, although not in as prominent a fashion.
this is a great shot. they really are enjoying themselves going at it....so fun to see. i really like the conversion to sepia...the tone really makes the picture. i agree with denosha, shallower dof would have isolated the dude, allowing the viewer to focus more on his expression and features.
