Waiting for tomorrow

Sorry, Skee ate the fruits, pleeeeeeeeeeeease peeps, next time no edibles :-)

What can I say, will be sleeping early today, a big wedding tomorrow, and I aim to out do, as usual all my previous stuff!

Skee's Zen of wedding Photography

I normally spend my time before the wedding, rehersing, and going over the motions in my head. Ill probably look at some of my old stuff, and see where I went right and more importantly where I went wrong.

I still get butterflies, but not because i'm worried about getting good captures...but because, I intend to get excellent ones.

Guys, there is a big difference in this approach. Knowing your camera, inside out, means that, their are no technical contraints, giving total room for creativity.

I read alot of graphic novels, I also believe that this has aided how I visualise things, because of the constant dilogue found in them.

I study people daily, everywhere, trains, buses the office etc. I try to be able to prodict not only their moves abut also their physical intentions.

I workout and keep fit and flexible, my camera gear is heavy, and the positions I get in can be complex, and good hand to eye contact is necessary.

My camera....is an extention of my hand :-) I believe in myself, my capablities, as I believe, along way i've come and along way yet I'll go :-)

Most importantly the above stuff is not as effective as prayer... for me it's much more than skill and talent.

Nice shot Skee. I really like it. The composition, lighting, color, blah blah blah, you know why its good.

BUT MUAHHAHA, I have found a flaw....you spelled predict wrong...you wrote Prodict. I WIN!

lol, skee is a rebel like me. I eat the fruits up too fast to have time to photograph it.
Nice shot. great angle and composition. Wonder what is going on inside that head.

Think she had just finished eating the fruit that Skee placed besides here smile

I agree with you whole heartedly on your comments above.

My camera is definitely an extension of my right hand, (and left hand sometimes). My back back is soo heavy I need to start working out smile I now know my camera inside out that it keeps telling me it needs to be replaced with either a 5D or Mark II. Skee, you tired of yours yet? smile

G luck at the wedding tomorrow and may you capture lovely shots of the happy couple.
