"From the heart!"

This is my last in this series of concert pics, doing such an event can be alotta hard work, I quite enjoy running from corner to corner and up and downstairs, on and off the stage. it's really good exercise!

You never know what to expect in terms of  light and decisions are made fast...real fast!

When I started doing concerts, in places like this, with thousands of people, I had no experience, what-so-ever, I had read afew articles, checked many forums on the webb and did alotta praying as well!

The first concert pictures were so bad, that I had to really ask myself...."You, sure you can do this?"  A question, peeps, that i'm still asking myself today :-)

Anyway....enough ranting, its friday.... Enjoy! :-)

Yup - you can do this. There's hardly a duff pixel to be seen.

I like the way it makes you work at it. For example, the performer was not kneeling down initially - or rather he was, but it wasn't until I had been dragged around the frame by the other light sources that I noticed it. Like a Giles cartoon, the longer you look, the more you see.

wow! loved the concert pics though not particularly this one: too stark; can't quite feel the harmony between the singer and the audience unlike "Victory: In black & White", which also is my fav. Delirious Live: part1 i also love. never could get my eyes away from his hands in "Let me explain!"; just looked like he had to scratch them, mid-sermon.
One word Skee FANTASTIC

Another great concert shot! Well done. I think the singer could do with a bit more space in the frame though...

Well experience is the best teacher. I know I keep plugging away and I feel I am learning every day. Nice light effect on the performer and the audience member's faces. smile

You really captured a moment here, My eyes keep getting drawn to the Asian woman in the shot, she does not distract, just adds to the atmosphere in the shot. Very good one bro, very good one.

Nice pic, I like this style, when I am big I want to have a style like Anton Corbijn, big fan of low key pictures especially monotone
Good shooting!
