I will never get tired of stressing out the values of
really understanding light, it forms the basics of great picture
taking. But, it comes at a price!
It's kind of like
that boring manual of your latest gadjet device, will we read it from
cover to cover? even though by doing so, it will lead to a greater
understanding of the product :-) no?...well I didn't think so either!
It matters little how much equipment we use; it matters much that we be
masters of all we do use. -Sam Abell, "Seeing and Shooting Straight" by

For
my shot today, I often, while doing a concert, try to capture the
volume of people at these event's and at the same time try to make the
shots as artistic as possible. I like this shot, mainly because of the
inter-play of light from the stage onto the crowd.
it's almost friday...enjoy!

Only a trained could see this shot!! Fantastic Mista Skee!!
Now this one's dark too, but in this case it's exactly right. You've achieved your aim and made it artistic as well as showing the attendance figures.
Are you and official photographer at these events, or do you have to whip your 5D out surreptitiosly from under you Mackintosh to get these concert images?
