"Just checking...what time is it babes"

Took this picture of this rather Classy and highly captivating lady ;-) awhile ago.

Here I wanted to lay emphasise on the shadows cast on the wall, as I new if I could get this right is would set the mood for the whole picture. The Cast shadow was finally achieved using a canon speedite 550ex off camera and held in my left hand about 45 degress to the camera in my right hand.

Cast shadows can be interesting, why not try this weekend and see what interesting compositions you all can come up with?

Thanks to everyone who visited Skeetown this week, and if you left a comment a special thanks!

So glad I jumped over here from Alakija's site! You do amazing non-cheesy portraits. The tones in this one with the texture in her jacket and hat really work. You've made me an everyday viewer.
Cool shot, the shadow makes it very interesting.
Cool stuff.

You go girl, looking WHAM!
You're very keen on these brown tones, Skee. I like them a lot. It's becoming a signature style of yours. And, though this is one of the best (if not the best) shot I've seen with this color filter, I'm kind of wanting something new. BUT I DIGRESS. smile Regards, Brent
